Guest JulieK
I love Julie Kent, if you can't tell by my screen name! I think she can be so expressive (maybe not in everything, but i still love watching her...) and she has nice classical lines. i like it that she controls her extensions and wears shoes that support her feet. Whatever she does, she looks calm and graceful and I really strive to be like her in that respect. Link to comment
LMCtech
I agree about the classical lines, but the face is blank. I like dancers who dance with their faces as well. Link to comment

pdance
Something I have noticed about the little I have seen of Julie Kent is the way she uses her arms. Her arms are always held yet expressive, and it is so pretty to watch. I also agree about her feet and legs and the way they are so supported. Possibly something to do with being pulled up and held. Something to remember while we dance.... Link to comment
ballet_shalom_forever
You know the movie Center Stage? At the last part, when they showed the credits or a bit before that (when you see what happened to the characters) she recovered from a port to bra and her arms were so skinny - something i nocited just recently - that my jaw was on the floor ( and, no, I'm not jealous hehe). I don't mean to critisize her. many people are just naturally underweight, and she is a great dancer, but I have never seen such arms in my life, anywhere (ok, I haven't been exposed to that much ballet before too see). Again i'm NOT critisising, just making an observation. Ballet_sh Link to comment
