Alexandra
There's a conference coming up at Hunter College that looks absolutely fascinating -- lots of early modern dance stuff, technique classes, performance (some ballet, a Balanchine class, some Tudor excerpts). The technique classes would be of special interest to me -- the chance to see a Graham, then a Hawkins, a Cunningham, etc. class is very rare these days. And Katherine Dunham is scheduled to appear! If anyone goes to this, PLEASE post about it.
