Helene
I'm very far behind on my podcast listening, but I just finished James Whiteside's dressing room interview with Gillian Murphy and Marcelo Gomes from back in June, just before Murphy and he (and Murphy and his dressing roommate, Cory Stearns) were scheduled to dance in "Swan Lake." https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/stage-rightside-james-whiteside/id1111803118?mt=2 I haven't listened to the other interviews yet with his colleagues, but I see there is one with fellow dancers Stella Abrera and Isabella Boylston from 5/13, one with Rena Most, Head of ABT's Wig and Makeup department from 6/17, one with Gemma Bond from 6/24, and the latest with Julie Kent from 7/8. There's a direct link to the Abrera/Boyston interview on the Premier Dance Network/Balancing Pointe website: http://balancing-pointe.com/04-the-ellas/ The rest of the interviews are among all of his podcasts available from iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/stage-rightside-james-whiteside/id1111803118?mt=2 Link to comment

sandik
Thanks for the heads-up on the podcast -- I haven't heard any of them yet, but get such a giggle from the title! Link to comment
vipa
These are very enjoyable podcasts. I like the ones with Rena Most (Wigs and Make-up) and Julie Kent the best. It's also kind fun the way people walk into the dressing room and interrupt or dancers are called to stage. The lack of slickness has a special appeal. Link to comment
