Oh, these are choice -- lots of images I hadn't seen before.  The Kaye/Magellanes image from The Cage is especially spooky.

  These are wonderful. In the photo with Pavlova, could the man holding the guitar possibly be Aubrey Hitchens?  He taught at Harkness and I remember being told that he had danced with her. He would give the most beautiful adagio combinations in class - that were very,very,very long.

In another photo (but taken in the same setting), the man is identified as Laurent Novikoff.
