Sygoda is retiring from Pentacle, a dance service organization in NYC that has promoted all kinds of dance since the 1980s.  He discusses the business side of dance, the history of the NEA and the shifts in its mandate, and the general state of affairs in the art form.  Smart, smart stuff.
