Hello to all members of this wonderful site!

I've been following the discussions for quite some time but only now decided to join you.

I'm a girl from Portugal, a dancer and a ballet fan. I like to learn and I think I will achieve that because most members here are very cultured and the discussions are always a great source of knowledge. Of course, while I am not nearly as educated as most of you, I still have my dose of knowledge and my personal opinions, that I would like to share. And that's why I created an account.

I'm versed in Russian ballet more than anything because I'm trained in the Russian method, but I'm looking forward to learn about other styles.

Hugs from Portugal.

Welcome to Ballet Alert!, Gisela!

We hope you will join our discussions.  Russian ballet is a lot of what we discuss, both the works themselves and the companies.
