mussel
It's such a pain to get tickets and impossible to get good seats, I am not sure if it's worth the trouble but the lineup looks very tempting. I wish they could do a tiered pricing like $10 for balcony, $20 for mezzanine, $30 for grand tier...etc.
abatt
I feel the same way mussel. I went one year, but have never gone back for the reasons you stated.
abatt
http://www.nycitycenter.org/content/about/press.aspx#55 Here is a link to additional info re Fall For Dance. The tickets ($15 per person) for the City Center performances go on sale Sept 8. However, the tickets for the two free performances (Sept 16 and 17) at the Delacourt in Central Park are distributed only on the day of the performance at the Delacourt. Happy hunting, and wear comfortable shoes to wait in all these lines!
