My favorite memory of him was at one of his concerts with his daughter at the new Symphony Hall.

WNYC has set up a "Remembering Ravi Shankar" page with links to interviews and performances taken from its archives.
Among them is a 1996 "New Sounds" performance featuring Shankar and his then 15-year old daughter Anoushka -- now a star in her own right -- and an interview from 1985.
