New company members in San Francisco Ballet's Nutcracker:

Six months from now, Luke Ingham, Marie-Claire D'Lyse and Shane Wuerthner, all of whom joined the San Francisco Ballet in July, may be household names around the War Memorial Opera House. All three of these talented young dancers sat down separately for a chat in the Ballet building a few weeks ago, just before they flew off for the company's engagement at Washington's Kennedy Center.

"That's because either that person is no longer with the company, or is no longer walking the earth," Wells said, laughing.
