Helene Posted October 6, 2012 Share Posted October 6, 2012 According to this news link from Monaco's tourism site that Diana Vishneva just posted to her Facebook page, Diana Vishneva has been in residence in Les Ballets de Monte Carlo's studios, where Jean-Christophe Maillot, AD of Les Ballets de Monte Carlo, has been choreographing a solo for her to be danced in 2013-14 in her own programs. Also in the planning stage is "a full evening performance for the Bolshoi Ballet in June 2014." Through this project Jean-Christophe MAILLOT, Director and Choreographer of the Ballets de Monte-Carlo, is affirming the close links that are being established with the great Russian theatres, which recognise his in-depth understanding of the special characteristics of Russian dancers and his ability to bring out the best in them.
