another ballet partially set in an ocean's kingdom: ONDINE.
scans of two recently acquired photos that were unfamiliar to me, each with a Spanish-language note about the film on the back. no date on the prints, but Czinner's 1959 film of Ashton's '58 ballet was released in '60.
