Principal dancer Yann Trividic is French-born and trained. He hosts a light-hearted glimpse into how his fellow dancers are progressing in their efforts to master French prior to the Company's three-week engagement in Paris.
Individual dancers get a thumbs up or thumbs down from M. Trividic. Regular MCB fans will probably recognize just about everyone.
Most impressive to me was Isanusi Garcia-Rodriguez, who sings a big chunk of la Marseillaise. (I suspect that this tells us something about political education in his native Cuba.)
