You do realize he is now dancing two hours north of you and that you can go see him dance at Ballet BC this season.  Just sayin'.

It's a great building -- good luck to him.  A storefront is a big step!

I love his stuff.  I'm glad I hoarded his candles, now that he's focused on skin care :)

It's got to be a lot easier to sell from a store rather than having to ship everything individually, plus there's the walk-in business.

I am listening to the Balancing Pointe podcast with Ellen Bar, Part 1, and at about the 18-minute mark on the iTunes download, Bar talks about knowing Jordan Pacitti from the SAB dorms and about his interest in fragrance back then:

The Whim W'him blog currently features a multi-part series about founder Olivier Wevers.  The current post in an ongoing series describes why he left Belgium and how he got from Europe to Pittsburgh to Columbia City Ballet to Royal Winnipeg Ballet to Pacific Northwest Ballet:

Barry Kerollis is now Artistic Director of Alaska Dance Theatre!  The Company's Facebook Page has updated its cover photo with a fantastic photo to announce the news:

Click on it to get the full view.  (I can't figure out how to get a fixed link for a current cover photo.)

This is coming off a summer where he was one of the four choreographers chosen for the National Choreographers Initiative and presented his new work, "Distinct Perceptions" at the NCI public performance.  Here are some photos:

Congratulations, Barry, and welcome back to this side of the Rockies!

Excellent news for him -- I hope it's a great fit for all concerned.

I hate to throw cold water, and I admit I don't know how old Barry is, but I assume that being a director means that Barry won't be dancing a lot.  Surely this is a good move for him personally or he wouldn't have done it, but I always loved the way Barry danced at PNB.  He seems young enough to have a whole lot of dance still in him.  He always stood out among the men to my eyes.  I was very sad when he left PNB.
