You can also search e-bay, which includes many things now out-of-print. If it was originally purchased legitimately for private use, it can be resold for private use legitimately:

Amazon also includes a lot of used items from independent sellers.
Barnes & Noble includes DVDs that mostly overlap the Amazon list.

Toeprints, were these ever commercially available? Not so sure but, then again, I was overseas for much of the late 80s/early 90s.
