I would think the first place to inquire would be the young man's teacher/s, but you'll get more expert advice from members of our sister site, BalletTalk for Dancers (direct link near top of screen, far right side). That's the site for doers -- dancers of all levels, their parents, teachers and others who, in a hands-on way, produce dancers and performances. This board is directed more to the audience and the sedentary type of students.
