Houston Ballet closes its season with a bang, a contrasting rep with La Sylphide and A Doll's House (by Welch). They also perform at the Kennedy Center this week. Photos from the performance can be viewed at http://insightphotog...ugmug.com/Dance. For video clips of the First Cast, visit http://www.brightcov...annel=825565897

Thanks, amitva. This is indeed a program from opposite ends of the spectrum. Melody Herrera looks lovely as Sylphide. As for Doll's House, why did I assume that it was some sort of Tudoresque view of Ibsen's play??? Quite otherwise, apparently!

Did anyone attend? Any thoughts?

Iincidentally, for those who dirac's LINK to the Houston Chronicle's review of this production, here it is:
