That is exactly correct re: Bouder. Oddly enough, she wasn't really very well-liked at SAB, even though she was in the highest class and was (is) clearly excellent. She's gotten a bit slimmer, and I think her newly-revealed line shows off her strong technique well.

Kay Mazzo is also now (along with Peter Martins) co-director of the faculty at the School of American Ballet, so she's deeply involved with the company and responsible for developing all its young dancers.
She's a great teacher with a very kind, patient, and non-Grand-Dame-ish way with kids.
