Greetings from Boston. I'm a long-time attendee of the Boston Ballet. I'm 18 months away from retirement as a speech-language pathologist in a public school system north of Boston. I find my time at the ballet to be the rejuvenating few hours that leave me uplifted and happy.

Welcome to Ballet Talk, Rohartlawn! We hope you'll post about the Boston Ballet performances you see, and about other ballet topics that catch your eye.

Yes, many welcomes to Ballet Talk. I ,too, am from Massachusetts and have attended Boston Ballet for many years--though lately I've attended ABT more. I am very much looking forward to BB's season this coming year and would like to read your impressions since you have attended longer than I.

Yes, Rohartlawn, I know what you mean. Attending ballet performances leaves me filled with peace and joy, knowing that there can still be such beauty in the world.
