In last night's 'Russian World' international cable-TV channel, the evening news included a five-minute report of President Valdimir Putin's latest biannual honors to Russian arts and sciences personalities. Among the honorees in the Kremlin ceremony was Bolshoi ballerina Svetlana Zakharova, given the 'Honored Artist of the Russian Federation' title and medal.
