Here's the latest information on MCB's new venture -- the Contemporary Dance Series. Members of the regular MCB company will dance in this series. The advertising I've seen so far includes some wonderful Steve Caras photos, including Deanna Seay, Mikhail Nikitine, and Andrea Spiridonakos.
First Program.

-- Saturday, January 28, 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Place: Wolfson Theater, MCB Studio, 2200 Liberty Avenue, Miami Beach

-- Chiaroscuro (Lynne Taylor-Corbett/ music by Francesco Geminiani)
-- Caught (David Parsons/ musisc by Robert Fripp
-- Silhouettes (Mark Morris/ music by Richard Cumming. This was originally created for David Palmer and Yanuis Pikieris and then added to Morris's own rep)
-- The Reassuring Effects ofForm and Poetry (Trey McIntyre/ music by Dvorak)
There will be a second program on April 7-8.
