"Harlequinade" on film anywhere?

Are there any performaces on film of Drigo's "Harlequinade"? Balanchine's staging? Russian stagings? This is a ballet from the classical rep I have never seen....Id love to see it!

There is a part of the Balanchine in the collection of the New York Public Library, non-circulating.

Gusev's Maly Th. version of HARLEQUINADE was telecast to UK in late '70s on an all-petipa prog. w/ CAVALRY HALT & PAQUITA GRAND PAS CLASSIQUE.
as follows, and now in the NYPL dance coll.
