This performance can be seen at the New York Public Library but has never been released commercially. As far as I know no documentary was released though the film contains intermission interviews.

Cast Natalia Makarova (Nikiya, Act I), Marianna Tcherkassky (Nikiya, Acts II and III), Anthony Dowell (Solor), Victor Barbee (Radjah Dugmanta), Cynthia Harvey (Gamzatti), Alexander Minz (High Brahmin), Danilo Radojevic (Head Fakir/Bronze Idol), and others. Makarova was replaced by Tcherkassky in Acts II and III due to a knee injury.
