There are several versions, Mom, but I haven't heard of any that have made it to video yet. Try a search on Amazon; it's usually up to date (click on the banner at the top of the page). I don't know if any of the scores have been recorded, but again, try Amazon.

The Royal Winnipeg Ballet just finished filming a Dracula this past month.
The choreography is by Mark Godden, and the music is by Mahler...
It is a film version, not a live performance of it, and I don't know when it will be aired and where. It is a Canadian production, and it might take another few month of post-production.

there are two 'dracula' scores that i know to be recorded on CD:
1] Houston Ballet - Dracula; music - Franz Liszt,in an arrangement by John Lanchbery, marketed by Houston Ballet
2] Dracula (Ballet in 3 acts) [w/ Northern Ballet Theatre Orchestra] music: Philip Feeney (John Pryce-Jones, conducting Norther Ballet Theatre Orchestra) marketed by NAXOS
hope this helps,
