Over the weekend I had the pure benefit of watching PNB's Midsummer Night's Dream. The Friday night cast was extraordinary; Noelani Pantastico as the lead butterfly was most heavenly. Jonathon Poretta as Oberon was most regal and commanding. The center piece for the evening was Jordan Pacitti in his role of Puck. Not only lively and entertainig, but just pure compellung and captivating. The audience was mezmerized by his timing and technique and showed its appreciation with constant bursts of applause and whistling.

Another most enjoyable character was Nick Ade as Bottom. Carrie Imler showed her magnificance with her powerful jumps and exquisite statge presence.

All in all a momentus way to close out the season. Thank you PNB.
