silvy
I am curious as to the meaning of the ribbons in Ashton's "Fille". As there are ribbons (and handkerchieves also) I thought there was some kind of meaning in the libretto which has so far escaped me? Thanks in advance for clarification!!!!! Silvy Link to comment
sandik
David Vaughan has a great section about Fille in his Ashton book, with some excellent discussion about props. I love the entire book, but that section is particularly fine. Link to comment
