I would love for someone to do for Lew Christensen what Jose Limon did for Doris Humphrey with his 1964 Choreographic Offering when he combined "variations, paraphrases and motifs" from 14 of Humphrey's dances into a new dance. sandik Posted April 4, 2017 Share Posted April 4, 2017 (edited) Or Charles Weidman's Brahms Waltzes, which was also a tribute to Humphrey using quotations from the technique and the choreography.
