On September 14, 2003 the Los Angeles Opera will present the world premiere of Deborah Drattells "Nicholas And Alexandra."
Mstislav Rostropovich will make his debut with LA Opera as conductor and Placido Domingo will portray Rasputin - his 120th role.
Running time is 2 hours and 44 minutes.
Performances are given - Sept 14, 17, 20, 23, 26.
