danciegirlmaria (i had trouble spelling that one!): alexandra is rather a recognised international authority on bournonville and/or the royal danish ballet, so she is a wealth of information in that area. she has just recently published a book on a related subject. i did a little bournonville training when i was young, and i particularly enjoyed it - as i was quite good at petit allegro, and i liked having to apply my brain to combinations! but that was long ago!

i hope you know how to do a search here, as i see you are quite new. there is a great deal of bournonville material which you may find of interest, in the old threads/archives. :)
