  1. I'll definitely write my impressions. A friend of mine had seen it and said that it stands out as one of his most profound pieces.
  2. I'll be seeing Dark Elegies on Saturday (performed by BBT). I'm looking forward to this ballet, as I have never seen this one.
  3. I would think so. I'm just saying that if a dancer consistently cannot do a step as difficult as that they shouldn't perform it on stage. However, that ususally happens during the end of a dancer's career. That's just my opinion.
  4. If the dancer cannot do 32 fouetees, they should perform something they can do. I wouldn't want to see a dancer fall out of that step so I wouldn't mind a choreography change.
  5. Have a wonderful time! I know I did. The production is absolutely stunning. I never saw this company perform this ballet before; however, my opinion is that it is well done. I think it was the best performance of the season. I can't wait for Three Masterpieces now.
  6. I went to the matinee on Saturday. Nelson Madirigal was supposed to dance the lead and he did not. There were other changes as well. I'm sorry to hear that there are injuries. Nevertheless, the production was beautiful! I was more than impressed with staging and choreography! Have a great time!
  7. Hello Everyone, I'm new as well! I'm a former dancer, who happened upon this site not long ago so I decided not to lurk anymore. Marie
