Hübberiet is an informal and unorthodox concept where talk, debate and dance are interwoven to give audiences the opportunity to view ballet from new angles. Every night has its own unique theme that is explored by inspiring guests and is highlighted by excerpts from the Royal Danish Ballet’s repertoire.
A number of artists, thinkers, scientists and others will draw comparisons with other art forms and provide a new interpretation of what ballet is and can be. The aim is to make dance topical and offer social commentary on in the big outside world – and our own little world within the theatre.
