Pacific Northwest Ballet headlines this evening as part of the company’s 40th anniversary season, featuring the Vail premiere of a new work by acclaimed contemporary choreographer Christopher Wheeldon. The evening concludes with the famous “white act” of Swan Lake–widely considered the greatest of all classical ballets –featuring beloved Festival Artist Carla Körbes, with choreography by Kent Stowell and music by Peter Ilyitch Tchaikovsky.
